How does the calculator work it out?
It counts one and a half cocktails per guest in the first hour and fewer after that, depending on the event. One bartender makes about 60 cocktails an hour at the busiest point, and each cocktail takes around 300 g of ice.
Is this a quote?
No. It’s an estimate to give you an idea. We set the number of bartenders and the menu when we talk to you.
How many guests can you serve?
From 10 to 1,000. We size the bar and the number of bartenders to the event.
How much does it cost?
Every event is quoted on its own, based on guests, bar hours and menu. You message us, we talk it through and send one fixed price before the day.
